2. Delivery
When you checkout your order, you'll be asked to select where you want your product to be delivered to. Based on how much you've ordered, we'll then calculate a delivery price for you which will be included in your order total. If you're ordering a lot of products, we can offer you a discounted delivery deal. We'll tell you when your order reaches a level that this applies in the checkout and when we call you to arrange delivery, we will tell you how you can take advantage of this.
Delivery Service Terms
- We will endeavor to deliver your order within 7 working days.
- You will be contacted by email or phone within one working day of placing your order on Clearancepaving.com to suggest a delivery date. If the date provided is unsuitable, please contact us as soon as possible with a suggested alternative.
- Deliveries normally occur between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
- Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made to the kerbside, and dependant on your order, access may be required for an articulated lorry with crane off load. Please advise our customer services advisor of any access restrictions when they contact you to confirm your delivery date, otherwise additional delivery charges may be payable.
- Clearancepaving.com delivers to all UK mainland addresses. There is, however, an extra charge for deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly. Clearancepaving.com does not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Islands.
- Delivery to an address other than your billing address is possible. Please ensure you complete the separate delivery address details when placing your order. We do not deliver items to multiple addresses.
After you place your order, your details will be received securely by our customer services team. They will then contact you to process the order and arrange a convenient delivery date.
When we contact you to arrange delivery please:
- Confirm the product order details
- Confirm delivery address details, contact name and a day-time telephone number for the person receiving the delivery on the agreed day.
- Ensure the area the products are to be unloaded onto is flat and strong enough to take the total weight of product being delivered – up to 1.3 tonnes per pack. We will not stack pallets unless requested as this may cause damage to the product.
- Please advise the customer services adviser of any constraints which may restrict access to your address for our delivery vehicles.
