Delivery will normally be made within 8 working days from receipt of order. If please contact us to discuss if your requirements differ to this.
Dependant on the size of your order we may deliver using either an articulated lorry with mounted crane to lift the packs off the vehicle or alternatively for smaller, lighter goods we may use a courier service.
When delivering via courier they will use a tail lift to lower the goods to ground level and then maneuver the pallets using a pallet trolley. This delivery is classed as a kerb side delivery and as such means we are only obliged to deliver to the closest kerb to your site. This is also dependant on the ground being hard and even.
