DELIVERY OFFLOADING
Courier Deliveries:
When delivering via courier they will use a tail lift to lower the goods to ground level and then manoeuvre the pallets using a pallet trolley. This delivery is classed as a 'kerb side' delivery and as such means we are only obliged to deliver to the closest kerb to your site. This is also dependant on the ground being hard and even, the pallet truck cannot operate over grass or loose/compact gravel.
Articulate Lorry Deliveries:
Dependent on the size of your order, we may deliver using either an articulated lorry with mounted crane to lift the packs off the vehicle or a moffett (forklift truck). Our crane deliveries cannot crane over any fences/walls/hedges, regardless of height. The moffett vehicle requires a gap of no less than 2.9m access to the driveway.
If you have any queries concerning delivery or access of your site, please contact us.
**some single packs are too heavy to go by courier and therefore may have to be delivered by larger vehicles such as articulate lorries mentioned above.
